roc_rktec - April 6, 2012Thick, malty and delicious. Strong bourbon finish. This is not a beer for the light hearted. Take your time with it, it literally takes an hour to finish a bottle.

KYBrewgrass - January 12, 2012Delicious. Lots of flavor going on here. There is chocolate, oak, a slight hint of bourbon and it finishes with a coffee taste. Medium-heavy body. Perfect carbonation but a tad syrupy. Tried this two months after bottling date I am curious to see what it is like aged. Very Good beer
