weberlee3@gmail.com - May 21, 2018All the ingredients in this Barleywine make it impossible to be bad but...that does not mean it is great either. Nice dark amber color with a lasting beige head. It just seems like the blending and amounts of all the ingredients were not quite right. Maybe a little to much caramel flavor? Still not bad.
jph368 - December 10, 2016Sweet malts are in the foreground but other than that it's kind of flat. Not a bad ale, but a little weak for a barleywine. It does improve as it warms.
