aaf145 - January 28, 2017Stout that taste like a shot bourbon was poured in the bottle before being capped... Not complex, lights bodied.. Minimal flavor outside the intense booze..not a high abv either for bourbon aged stout..could tell this wasn't aged properly in oak/ bourbon barrels .. Or at a minimum oak chips soaked in bourbon... Also the beer is pretty flat too..Poorly executed, which is disappointing cuz I'm a big fan of rivertowne...
