Dark golden color and genuine hops in the nose. Great hop flavor and not too bitter. I would have it again, but not my first choice.

Really good...but not great...if you want a serious West Coast IPA. But for a more all-around, everyone will like it, beer IPA, this is a great selection. Even people who stay away from IPAs, they might like BootJack. It's smooth, hoppy (without being obnoxious) upfront, And no bitter aftertaste. Great IPA for someone who doesn't like an in-your-face hop-slam, or maybe just bringing out into IPAs, from pale ales ome, but not a lot of much complexity, or character tout, IMHO. , etc. Easy-drinking, enjoyable, smooth, well-crafted IPA, all-around.

nice, sharp hop aroma, clear and dark honeyed color with fine head. Initially flavor is a balance of the malt, alcohol, and hops with the hops emerging through the taste. Piney finish of the hops. Excellent balanced IPA -- one of my favs. 4.75/5
