Clean but defiantly hoppy note on the nose. A little surprising as most reds tend to be a more malty. A crisp first drink but I find the finish a bit to alkaline for my liking. The maltiness isn't overwhelming, but the beer has enough hops to remain sharp. Again though, the finish is sub-par to say the least.

Boont Amber Ale is one of my favorite Amber Ales. Crisp, smooth, with a hint of caramel. Brewed in Cali. Have not tried Boont's other beers but plan to.

Very smooth but not as dark as I expected. Not a memorable taste but still good and sweet nonetheless.

This has a nice smooth malt finish. It is more like a dark than an amber. Has the amber color though.
