A little light for a Stout, but that?s why I like it. Drinkable. At 5% You can have multiples. Not being a huge Chocolate Stout fan, the chocolate part isn?t as strong as others!

A burnt deep cocoa flavor. Could be sweeter. Ok

This is the same beer of the same name but by the Minhas brewery (which acquired Rhinelander)

Good stout for the price. Simple chocolate taste, yet refreshing. Light and flavorful stout.

Thin for a stout

Extra dark with minimal head. I assumed there would be an obvious chocolate aroma but I could only detect a subtle cocoa. It has a medium to heavy mouthfeel. I really appreciate when stouts have just the right amount of hops (IBU 66). Mild chocolate flavor with distinct roasted malts. Would pair well with chocolate or coffee desserts. It is easy to think this would be too heavy of a pair but the hop bitterness would offset the sweetness of the dessert. This is from the Boatswain brewery, weirdly pronounced Bosun, from Trader Joes.

It's a chocolate stout. Enough said.
