Appearance: black like coffee. Thick tan head. Aroma; bitter sweet chocolate with hints of coffee and roasted Malts Strong coffee flops with a mild biter notes through out. Very righ mouth feel. The malts balance out with a nice mild sweetness.

Not a great black IPA. Grassy and burnt flavor. Not bad mouthfeel but just a very average beer. Bottle, August 2014.

Dark in color with a foamy head. Not much of a hop aroma, light maltiness. Bitter taste, hint of alcohol, grassy hop with a crisp bitter finish. Refreshing and tasty.

Certainly dark in colour. Burnt malt flavor. Dry aftertaste. Very little sweetness. Not really sure what the difference is between this and a porter... Ok beer but nothing out if the ordinary.
