Draft, taster
Smells like a sour. Pours a clear dark pale golden color. Tastes like a sour, but finishes like a sweeter sour. I described it to Ashlee like I'm riding a wave of sour, up and down, then it's like the wave crashing into shore and the beer just stabilizes and mellows and lingers. She just shook her head at me. It's very very good.
Ashlee said she surprisingly liked it, but probably couldn't drink a whole glass of it.
