Not bad, bit heavy on the alcohol undertone and not enough hop bitter, seems unbalanced. But not terrible.

Very good but sweet IPA. Starts as a slightly fruity IPA, not too hoppy, turns dry and finishes sweet.

Pours copper to a pint glass good clarity. It's too dark in this bar to see carbonation. One and a half finger head settles to a thin, persistent, off-white film. Amazing lacing. Smell: balance of grapefruit and orange and malt, with some toast ones. Taste: Sweet citrus (like orange and grapefruit) in the front, heavy malt middle, and a smooth, yet bitter finish. Heavy mouthfeel for an IPA. Strong malt flavor for an IPA. Overall: deliciously smooth IPA that drinks like an APA.

Golden body topped by beige head. Good lacing. Floral, pine & citrus aromas. Grapefruit flavors, malt backbone, lemon peel & piney bitterness. Balanced IPA that is not as memorable as Sculpin from Ballast Point.
