Drink it at about 55 degrees and enjoy the complexity. Cherry flavor is subtle and well done.

Big, rich, and bold, with subtle roast notes and chocolate aroma. Body is deceptively light, and finishes very clean. Cherry notes are restrained and present mostly in the finish, but add a round sweetness to the overall flavor profile. Hops very subdued, but present enough to create a very well-balanced beer. Perhaps the very best JLBC has to offer.
