bugs318 - March 7, 2013Nice beige head with great lace, but poor retention. Great cocoa and vanilla nose. Smoky flavor with some dry cocoa and light bitter coffee notes. A bit excessively carbonated, though not on nitro tap. Full body and could be chewy if not so carbonated which is really its only flaw other than the head.
On take 2: Nice beige head of some retention. toasty coffee and cocoa nose. Slightly boozy. Taste is dry and cocoa heavy. Nice creamy feel. 4.5
