shoefish - July 29, 2019A near-perfect double IPA - on par with Pliny the Elder. Wonderfully rich citrus/tropical hop aroma and flavor. Malt, fruity esters and alcohol support, but don?t overpower. Bitterness is on the low side for the style, which made it something even my wife liked.
