didn't have the sweetness I would expect from an oatmeal stout. more like a porter. not what I was expecting, but pretty good.

Like obsidian stout and founders breakfast stout had a baby (without the coffee). Nice stout aroma, chocolatey. Full flavor, full palate taste, doesn't water down. Completely hidden abv. Quick zing but quick finish. Smooth, standard, but very strongly done

Dark nearly black in color w/ tan head. Roasted malt, coffee & bittersweet chocolate aromas & flavors. Full bodied mouthfeel & moderately boozy with warm bitter finish.
