Pours an extremely dark brown with a thick tan head. Great nose with toasted malt and hops. Unfortunately the first impression of this is what was it cooked in? Very mellow but after it sat in my mouth there was a funky metallic taste. Nothing follows but the sink.

Light coffee flavor. Dark almost stout like color. Coffee and toffee aroma. Maybe I'm crazy but it seems there is a slight berry undertone as well
