Very little oyster flavor which is a relief. Another excellent submission from Abita

Bought in a 22oz bomber. Pours a hazy chestnut brown in color with a slight ruby tint and about 1 finger if creamy frothy white head. Aromas of sweet coffee, chocolate, vanilla, and toffee. A subtle salty briny note. Light and silky mouthfeel opens up with a dark chocolate flavor followed by creamy coffee and ending with a subtle minerality/saltiness from the oysters. Also has some dark bready flavors. Overall a very tasty solid stout elevated by the oyster's salty taste and texture. Would definitely have again.
