Mild, goes down easy, but I am not detecting a lot of hops. Tastes more like a pale ale to me than an ipa. Glad I tried it but It won?t be a go to for me

Very very good, although it turns out Azacca is the least original name for a beer?who woulda thought? Not super hoppy nor very bitter?maybe more like a pale ale. Fruit?esp. mango but maybe orange too. A little syrupy. Possibly better than 4*s. Anxious to try again.

I was not familiar with the azacca hops, so I thought it was worth a try--it certainly was worth it! It a tarts with a beautiful medium amber color and a wonderfully creamy, long-lasting head. The flavor is a tasty IPA, but with the smoothing of added malt. A hint of pine, but with nice notes of fruit and sweet citrus. The 7% ABV is a little higher than most IPAs, but it is not "boozy." I will return for another in the future.

Wonderful flavor and balanced hops with fruit. Glad I picked it up and will do it again!!!!

Sweet different taste of fruit with an odd aftertaste. Malt and hop balanced. Bottle at Buteras in Smithtown

Notes of grass and citrus with a very smooth finish. Overall great tasting brew.
