bobbyhickory - May 28, 2016A little bit lighter in color than you normally see for a dunkel. A dark Amber/ruby color.
Slightly bitter from the dark malts but not much hoppiness. A little more butterness than I'd like. The malts are there but not as assertive as id prefer in a dunkel lager with the bitterness taking too big of a role over the sweet, roasty malts. Also a little bit heavy on the finish.
