dlitolff - September 5, 2015Pours deep amber, cloudy with lost of suspended white particles. Thick off white head, settles slowly into a thin layer. Smells of strawberries and malt, a little floral. The taste is a mix of strawberry and sweet malt with some floral piney hops. The habanero comes in mid sip and lasts til the end, the pepper taste is not overdone, but has a nice earthy flavor with just a little burn at the end. Tart finish. Mouthfeel is ok, fairly smooth. This is an odd one but very well done. Bottle, September 2015.
