Vanilla tapioca pudding and traditional Mexican flan on the nose. Creamy light hops and an almost lager feel to the palette. I can imagine this would be a good warm weather refreshing beer.

28JUL12, Flying Saucer, Nashville, TN Bottle Light IPA with some vanilla flavors. Finishes a tad bitter, but not too terrible. Not my favorite. Has some pale ale flavors, but vanilla isn't prominent, nor are other flavors.
