Clean nose and pallet. As in the title, super dry. If your looking for a big taste this probably shouldn't be on your list.

Like eating lettuce....nothing to it. Super plain. Not much going on at all. Not much in the way of flavor. That being said, it is very drinkable, and no aftertaste.

Nice crisp beer. Very refreshing. Best Japanese because it tastes simple and not a lot going on in it.

Flavor matches aroma... In the sense that it has neither. Rice itself has more flavor than this "rice beer".
