Light but flavorful, fruity with must. Like a light trippel.

Nice end note on the beer. Reminded me a little of chocolate. (Flying Saucer)

Bigby's Feb 2015. Decent. Bit sour. Nice Belgian pale ale.

Nice beer.. Minimal bite.. Brett yeast comes through and gives off some subtle fruit flavors..better than expected.. Great abv for a lighter beer.. 3.5 stars

My least favorite perennial I've tried so far, pretty malty for a Belgian pale, little flavor, and the Brett barely comes through, was hoping for something brighter/more citrus

Beautiful, foamy head that exhibits the Belgian Lace. Amber-ish gold. Citrusy, floral notes in the nose (with a hint of pine?). Medium bodied with ample carbonation. Alcohol dominates the palate with underpinnings of hops. Not bad.

Smoothest American-made Belgian-style ale I've tasted - must be the Brett. Almost no alcohol mouthfeel at all. One of the few beers that I think could accompany almost any food.
