Cowboy Mike - February 10, 2017No Brett in this bottle. Good IPA. Nice flavors of fruit and pine. Not as tasty as expected from other notes. But solid overall.
Cowboy Mike - July 22, 2016Mosaic hops are completely over shadowed by the Brett. Would have preferred a different yeast choice. Based on other tasting notes this is not meant to be a Brett beer so either experiment or mistake. Either way what I've read described by others would have been better. Not a bad beer but not at all as billed.
