bockboy@att.net - July 26, 2015B+. Burnt toffee flavor is ruined by a metallic middle of the tongue bitterness.
NICKV1117 - October 27, 2013Pours dark brown. Aroma is dark fruit. brown sugar, and a bit boozy. Taste is dark cherry, raisin, dates, and an alcohol presence. This is a big one...let it warm a bit and sip slowly. Very pleasant.
witchal - June 1, 2012Bottle much different then that pictured. Dark copper in color with little head. Sweet nose. Flat malt and fruit pallet with just a hint of hops in the finish. Very well balanced with a hidden high ABV kick
Borderking - March 7, 2012Great intriguing taste of dried fruit and malt with well-balanced hops that don't go overboard. Almost a home run, but just falls short of amazing.
