Aroma- citrus and pine resin Appearance- honey with creamy white head that doesn't last long. Flavor- sticky caramel backbone, with strong pine and citrus hop flavor. Strong bitterness cuts through to dry out the sticky sweet malt in the finish. Bitterness lingers. Im sucking on the inside of my cheeks from that pine resin. Semi fish face. Body- med-full body, mod-low carbonation. Definite sharp hop bite. Overall- solid double IPA pushing into the realm of a barley wine but definitely intensely hopped. Hopwine?
