Good, solid beer. Easy opening with a nice hop finish. 27 Live concert with Byron, Dave and Sherry. November 2014.

Looks better than it tastes. Pours golden with a large frothy off-white head. Smells faintly of Belgian yeast. Taste is rather dull. Slight hops flavor and maybe a little bit of spice. Has a sharp bite in the aftertaste that is more enjoyable than the beer itself. Very drinkable but also very forgettable.

Toasty lager with a little bitterness, not bad. Bottle at NOIBF March 2014.

Wow, something good does come out of California! Not over powering and smooth flavored. No after taste.

Definitely a different type of lager. Usually not a fan of west coast style brews but this beer is on point. Along with other tasting notes, this has a crisp extra fizz taste but does it justice.

An American lager hailing from my home state, California! Not your typical lager, with more bitterness in the palate. Good solid body flavor, and a creamy head. Cheers from sunny Southern California USA! 10/10/13
