Good.. Easy to drink and light. Some spice and a little after taste.

Great balance

Straw yellow in color with one finger of white head and funky farmhouse melon aromas. Slight banana clove yeasty undertones. Light and silky on the tongue with an effervescent bubbly texture and superdry citric acid flavors. Tastes of grapefruit mixed with clove and a drying bitter finish. Surprisingly good beer and easily drinkable for the abv.

some great funk, barnyard and acid, with some apple underneath! Taste is messy funky but finely dry and complex with an evolution from funky to dry in that very dry Saison manner. Medium to full bodied with nice tingly carbonation that spreads the funk. Solid! 4.75!
