They say it's brewed with honey and melon juice, fermented in wine barrels and brett. Aroma is very saison-ey, with not a terrible amount of Brett funk, likely due to the honey and melon, though those flavors are quite subdued. Mouthfeel is light and the carbonation seems high, causing a mild sharp bite to the flavor. The finish is kind of strong, though it's mildly dry yet neutral. The overall flavor is kind of sweet, not too funky, there's a mild melon and a diluted honey sweetness that silks over the farmhouse bite. It's quite delicious.
