Wow. Dank weedy, piney IPA. Good mouthfeel, more hoppy than malty. Very good IPA. Bottle, June 2013.

Piney IPA, grapefruit is the first taste. Doesn't linger afterwards. Good ipa!

Nice and piney and hoppy on the nose, color is a nice golden amber. Very smooth and lightly syrupy with a good balance of bitterness and some residual tropical fruit sweetness. Piney, citrusy, and sweet finish. Hops linger at aftertaste. First class IPA.

This is just unbelievable! The most delicate and delicious blend of citrus and piney hops washes over you. It's light-bodied for an IPA, and the fruity hops are more noticeable than the bitterness, which is refreshing. Such a change from the heavy, overly bitter IPAs out there. This Alesmith IPA really showcases the hop flavor and then gets out of the way. One of the best IPAs out there!

Smells amazing!! Excellent IPA, bitter for a few seconds, then mmmmmmmmm IPA

If there's something that can be called a light IPA-this is it. Grapefruit up front. Boozy finish. Think foamy head that lingers. Overall a delicious refreshing ipa.

The virus notes rule this IPA. Expect a bitter finish of about 6 seconds. Then feel refreshed.

22oz bottle: Subtle grapefruit taste, not too hoppy. Not too big of a fan of IPAs, but I'd drink this again.

Huge grapefruit aroma on the nose. Nice mouth feel, some bitterness upfront, citrus and tropical fruit in the middle of the palate, and finishing well balance with enough malt to stand against the massive hops present. A great version of a west coast IPA.
