luca.giorgetti79@gmail.com - April 1, 2015A doppia fermentazione,con zucchero candito. Da servire lentamente in calice conico a 8 - 10 gradi, mai fredda. una birra d'abazia. Ale/belgian Ale/ dubbel. Profumo leggermente candito elegante. Schiuma inesistente. Poco corposa, amarognola. Poco persistente. Al gusto sul palato alto intrigante, mischia la sensazione alcolica all'amaro del luppolo e alla sensazione di invecchiamento. Birra da contemplazione
