TheChuckHart - May 30, 2015A classic Belgian tripel that pours hazy medium gold with typical Belgian yeast notes on the nose. Light to medium bodied with spice and floral hints. As the beer warms and you have more, an interesting fruit flavor (mostly cherry) becomes noticeable in the finish which is a pleasant surprise. Like many triples, the high ABV does not hinder the easy drinkability so be careful.
