Not a bad IPA, but tastes more like an APA. There is a strong a maltiness, caramel, which is nice, but it lacks the hop forward notes a true IPA should have. Surly Furious mixes hops and malt better. Good to try a new beer, though.

I had this beer from a can, i am mot a fan of cans as I feel you get a slight metallic taste, I did pour into frosted mug which helped on the 3 taste. Mild floral nose, good hop taste, but not real strong. I could drink a six pack.

Smell and taste a malty sweetness with some floral notes. Above a medium bitterness.

Pretty hoppy but very smooth... Has a slight carmel after tone hops come out more as beer warms

I'm not the biggest fan of hoppy beer, but I really enjoyed this brew. Hops aren't annoyingly strong, but definitely there. I like this mixed 50/50 with their Pile O' Dirt Porter.
